There are a variety of movies including genres, such as action, horror, and romance. Whether you watch with friends and/or family, all can easily be enjoyed.

For this upcoming winter, there’s a whole list of movies to choose from.

A Boy Called Christmas is going to be released on November 24, 2021 and can be watched on Netflix. A young boy named Nikolas searches for his father who went on a journey to prove Elfhelm, a village of elves, exists in order to earn money. Along the way, Nikolas encounters many extraordinary appearances and adventures.

Also going to be released on November 24, 2021, 8-Bit Christmas takes a look back at kid pop culture of the 1980s. Because of a terrible accident, the young boy named John Doyle knows that he can’t receive a Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) for Christmas anymore. Before anyone else receives the NES, he plans to take things in his own hands.

On December 3, 2021, Silent Night (2021), a horror movie that introduces a gathering of friends and family for a perfect Christmas, will be released. Yet, little did they know that an environmental apocalypse will take place, perhaps killing everyone.

On December 10, 2021, Holiday in Santa Fe will be released. Casa de Milagro, a family-owned business, creates ornaments and decorations, inspired by Mexican Christmas traditions, for the holiday. But after an unexpected death within the family, they struggle to get back on their feet, leading to a series of events that demonstrate the importance of this business.

A few upcoming Netflix originals include Love Hard, a holiday rom-com, and Single All the Way, an LGBTQ+ rom-com. You can also get ready to watch A Castle for Christmas for that warm and fuzzy feeling. Netflix, along with Hulu, always have great Christmas and holiday picks!

Don’t forget about popular classics! How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Elf, and A Christmas Story are only a few to be named. These can be watched on either Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime Video.

Time to add more movies onto your watch list! No matter what your preference is, there is sure to be a movie that can be entertaining for this season. Happy holidays everyone and we can’t wait to see you all after the break!
